I’m from San Francisco so I know sourdough. And this is the good stuff. I have it under eggs and bacon for breakfast, with salami and cheese for lunch, and with butter and garlic for dinner. So a loaf doesn’t last very long in my house!

Keep in mind my feedback comes from a person who has traveled the world including Italy, Spain, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and the South Pacific. With that in mind, I have tasted every kind of bread you could ever imagine. The bread you gave me yesterday literally was the best bread I’ve ever had in my life.
